Islands First partnered with Green Drinks for the 7th Annual Green Drinks NYC Holiday Party, an event was intended to connect Manhattan islanders to the cause of other small islanders of the world impacted by climate change, raising awareness and support for Islands First’s work and mission. It was a festive and bustling evening devoted to drawing attention to the particularly acute environmental challenges facing small island states and to generating support for their efforts among a wide array of environmental professionals. Speakers included H.E. Mrs. Fekitamoueloa 'Utoikamanu, Ambassador for Tonga, and H.E. Mr. Stuart Beck, Ambassador for Palau and Chair of Islands First.
