Paul works in the Permanent Mission of Nauru and focuses on Law of the Sea and climate change issues. Previously he worked on scientific publications and a youth project with the Friedrich-Ebert Foundation Algeria and was head of the scholarship holders of the Friedrich-Ebert Foundation at Dresden (Germany).
He studied Economics (B.A.) for a year at the University of Münster (Germany) and currently is in his second year of International Relations (B.A.) at the Technical University of Dresden (Germany), taking courses in international law (international environmental law, law of the sea) international politics, economics and languages.
