Jan Möller is a graduate student in Economics currently working with the Palau Mission to the United Nations. Prior to joining Islands First, he interned in the Foreign Economic Affairs Department of the Federation of German Industries (BDI), Berlin, and was a research assistant at the Centre for European Economic Research, Mannheim. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Mannheim University, Germany, and a Master's degree from Toulouse School of Economics, France. Following an academic intermezzo at Yale University, he is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics at New York University. His core research interests include macroeconomics, financial markets, and development economics.
